We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details, and we do not sell or share your artwork, packaging designs or product concepts with other customers.
4. Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small amount of browser storage and cookies for the purposes above: a randomly generated visitor ID (to connect a visit with a later inquiry) and, when advertising is running, advertising and analytics cookies set by Meta and Google on our behalf. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site and the inquiry form still work.
5. Who we share it with
- Service providers that host the site, deliver email and process analytics or advertising (for example Cloudflare, our email provider, Meta, Google).
- Freight forwarders and couriers — only the details needed to ship your order.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose.
6. International transfers
We are based in China and work with service providers in other countries, so your information may be processed outside your country. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by the relevant provider.
7. How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick the conversation up again. Order, quotation and shipping records are kept as long as required for accounting, warranty and customs purposes. You can ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to request a copy in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Inquiry data is stored in an access-controlled database and is visible only to the sales and management staff who need it to answer you.
