Custom Printed Mylar Bags: What We Make and How It Is Priced
Every pouch we make is made to your spec: size, shape, film, finish, zipper and print. Here is what you can customize, how printing works, and what the price is built from.
What you can customize
- Size and shape — standard sizes from 1 g to 1 lb, or your own dimensions and die-cut outline
- Film structure — printed PET outer layer, metallised or aluminium-foil barrier, PE inner sealing layer; thickness and barrier set to your product
- Finish — matte, glossy, holographic and soft touch; foil, rose-gold foil and spot UV on request
- Closure — resealable zip lock or child-resistant zipper, plus tear notches, round corners, hang hole, clear window and heat-sealable back — several can be combined on one pouch
- Print — full colour front and back, up to 10 colours on high-speed gravure for larger runs, brand colour matching on request
How printing works
For larger runs we print on high-speed gravure — it gives the sharpest solids and the lowest price per bag, and it is where the 10-colour limit applies. Smaller runs are produced too; we confirm the right method for your quantity in the quote, because the cheapest way to print 500 bags is not the cheapest way to print 10,000.
Colour matching: send your brand colours (Pantone or a file) and we match them on request. You approve a finished pouch before bulk production — colour is judged on the actual bag, not on a screen.
Free design service and dielines
Send a logo or even a sketch — our design service turns it into print-ready artwork for every panel at no charge. You get a dieline showing bleed, safe areas and where the gusset, zipper and tear notch sit, and nothing goes to print until you approve the finished sample.
If you already have a designer, we supply the dieline directly and check the files before printing. Either way, artwork mistakes get caught at the sample stage, not in your cartons.
