Mylar bags are what we are known for, but they are rarely the only piece a brand needs. We produce the rest of the set too — pre-roll tubes, labels, bottles and containers, cartridge boxes and matching printed boxes — so everything on your shelf comes from the same machines and the same colour standard.
What we customize
| Product | What we can set |
| Mylar bags and pouches | Stand-up, flat or die-cut; size, film structure, finish, zipper and print — see the custom printing page for the full detail |
| Pre-roll tubes | Custom printed to your artwork, with your finish and cap colour set in the quote |
| Printed labels | Full-colour labels including the 116 mm size many pre-roll and jar lines use, cut to your outline |
| Bottles and containers | Printed or labelled to your design, matched to the product that goes inside |
| Cartridge boxes | Printed boxes made to your cartridge dimensions, with your finish |
| Pouch and printed box sets | A pouch and a printed box produced together, so colour and finish match between the two |
MOQ and pricing are set per product type — bags start at 500 pieces per design, and we confirm the minimum for tubes, boxes and labels in your quote.
One supplier, one consistent look
When the bag comes from one factory and the box from another, "the same brand colour" is usually two different colours. We produce the whole set on our own lines — 13 years in packaging, 36 machines — and colour matching is done on the actual piece, not on a screen. Matte, glossy, holographic and soft-touch finishes are available across the range, so a soft-touch pouch can sit in a soft-touch box.
If only one item in your set is printed by us, that works too — send us a physical sample or the Pantone reference of the piece we need to match.
How a set order runs
- Quote — send the product list, sizes and quantities; we reply with pricing, usually within 24 hours
- Design and dielines — our free design service turns a logo or sketch into print-ready artwork for every piece; if you have a designer, we supply the dielines and check the files
- Sample approval — you approve a finished sample of each item before bulk production
- Production — 3–10 days after artwork approval
- Shipping — everything ships together in one consignment where possible

Quick answers
The questions buyers ask most about this.
Besides mylar bags, what other packaging do you customize?
Six product lines: custom printed mylar bags and pouches (stand-up, flat, die-cut), pre-roll tubes, full-colour printed labels including 116 mm sizes, bottles and containers, cartridge boxes, and pouch and printed box sets. All are produced in our own factory.
What is the minimum order for tubes, boxes and labels?
Custom printed mylar bags start at 500 pieces per design. Minimums for pre-roll tubes, labels, bottles and cartridge boxes depend on the item and the print method, and we confirm them in your quote — send the product list and quantities and you will have numbers, usually within 24 hours.
Can all the pieces in my set match the same brand colour?
Yes. Colour matching is done on request and judged on the actual produced piece, not on a screen. Because the whole set is printed in one factory, the pouch, box and label share the same colour standard — and you approve a sample of each item before bulk production.
Do you provide free design for boxes and labels too?
Yes. The free design service covers every item in the set: send a logo or even a sketch and we turn it into print-ready artwork with the correct dieline for each piece. If you already have a designer, we supply the dielines directly and check the files before printing.
Can the set be child-resistant?
Pouches can be fitted with our child-resistant zipper — see the child-resistant page for what "certified" really means and how testing works. Child-resistant options for other formats are confirmed in the quote, so tell us at the enquiry stage which items need it.
How long does a full set take to produce?
Production is 3–10 days after artwork approval for each item, and where possible everything ships together in one consignment. Ready-made stock bags ship within 3 days of payment if you need stock on the shelf first.
